Corby

A former steel town that had suffered with the demise of local industry, in 2006 Corby was to benefit from a multi-million pound regeneration programme, which was launched under the careful planning of Catalyst Corby and then North Northants Development Company. We were asked to give the place its own identity and attract house-buyers to keep the investment coming. Our Corby brand summed up the town visually and spearheaded the campaign encompassing outdoor, radio, online and press advertising, along with direct mail, brochures and an email campaign.

We targeted Londoners looking to take their first step on the property ladder and focused the campaign on the value for money and quality of life offered in Corby. The strategy worked wonders, with half of all the house-buyers coming from London and 80% choosing Corby for its affordability. So successful was the campaign, it gained national press coverage and won a coveted Property Marketing Award in 2007 and again in 2009.
