Manchester-based design agency Creative Lynx has recently completed the design of innovative literature for one of the UK's leading property developers.

Creative Lynx produced an exciting brochure for Manchester-based property group, Artisan, the leading UK property company that specializes in modern, state of the art, business and living space, and which has brought a whole host of ground-breaking projects to Manchester city centre over recent years.

The unique A4 double gate format brochure designed by Creative Lynx focuses on four projects within Artisan's extensive Manchester portfolio: Canal Street's famous Manto bar; Regency House, one of the first and most successful mixed use developments in the city; Albion Mill, the mixed use conversion of a former Coop biscuit factory; and the Express Networks mixed use redevelopment of the former United News buildings in Ancoats.

Following an open brief, Creative Lynx delivered an innovative brochure which focused on Artisan's two key themes of buildings and people, and the ways in which the two interact and impact upon each other. This concept was executed with the development of a single brochure split into two connected sections which feature common photography, textual features and design, and work both independently and in harmony.

The brochure was originally developed for distribution at MIPIM, the World's Property Market annual event, held in Cannes. But the brochure proved so successful that Artisan has chosen to continue its distribution throughout the rest of the year.

Carol Ainscow, Artisan Property Group Chairman, comments: "With the design of this brochure Creative Lynx managed to capture the essence of Artisan and the philosophy behind the group.

"The agency created an unusual brochure which reflects our innovative approach to projects and we were delighted with the results."

Steve Nicholas, Client Services Director at Creative Lynx, continues: "We were able to develop such a successful brochure for Artisan because their schemes promote creativity in themselves. It follows that exciting, imaginative developments will impart attractive and equally-innovative marketing materials."
