At the end of 2005, Creative Lynx were appointed by Trinity-Chiesi Pharmaceuticals, the UK subsidiary of the international Chiesi Group, to design and develop a new website. The design was based around the hexagonal feature of the Trinity-Chiesi logo, and it proved so successful that the company decided to utilise it throughout the re-branding of their Human Resources Department.

"Our people are our competitive advantage," stated Sharon Benson, Head of Human Resources. "We aim to be one of the UK's top 25 companies within the next 5 years and the largest growing Chiesi Group affiliate. To achieve this we need to involve our people and provide them with the tools to help them achieve their full potential."

The resulting materials include a competency manual with over 60% of the workforce involved in contributing to the contents, together with a range of other items designed to increase effectiveness within the sales force and to give them a sense of place within the company.

Sharon Benson was very pleased with the results. "Creative Lynx have provided us with fresh, innovative Human Resources materials which fit well with our overall company strategy. By being open, communicative, development focussed and performance driven we aim to create a culture and environment that encourages everyone to help achieve company goals. These new materials celebrate the diversity that currently exists within Trinity-Chiesi and have a clear focus on the way our company is moving forward."

Since the launch of this new internal company brand, Trinity-Chiesi estimate that they have saved approximately £340,000, by improving employee morale and reducing staff turnover.
