| West Lancashire District Council recently charged Manchester-based design agency Creative Lynx with the development of a strategic marketing campaign for its new £5 million flagship Investment Centre, which opened in December of 2004. |
| The Council wanted a forward-thinking design agency to market a forward-thinking project - a purpose-built, high-quality, high-tech centre providing managed workspace 'incubator' units for 'young', creative, technology and knowledge-based companies. |
| Creative Lynx successfully tendered for the project with the development of visually stimulating designs which sit well with the inspired nature of the scheme. |
| The design agency first shaped the Investment Centre's initial brand identity before rolling out an impressive marketing campaign which demonstrated integrated creativity with the development of print and available-to-hand materials such as brochures, mailers, posters, advertising and an exhibition kit, as well as e-communications including a website, email and banner campaign. |
| Creative Lynx Director Steve Nicholas comments: "The Council has been delighted with our campaign and the materials we have produced for the West Lancashire Investment Centre. We look forward to working together on other projects in the future." |
| Cllr. Ian Grant, West Lancashire District Council portfolio holder for regeneration said: "We are now seeing the success of the campaign as companies are moving into the Investment Centre, which is providing first-class, high-tech accommodation for businesses in a prime location right next to the M58." |
