Creative Lynx have been commissioned by Meredith Thomas Public Relations on behalf of the Langtree Group Plc to design and print an Advocacy Document that set out the economic and social benefits for the development of a major new sports and leisure destination for St Helens.
Following the Government's decision to create a limited number of large casinos across the country, Langtree recognised that its major development opportunity on the former United Glass site close to St Helens' town centre had all the vital ingredients to support a large format casino as part of its plans to provide a new stadium for St Helen's Rugby League Football Club and large retail unit for the town.
Aimed at key decision makers in both the North West and in Central Government, this detailed and eye catching brochure set out the case for St Helen's as one of the North West premier locations for such a site.
Commented Managing Director of Meredith Thomas PR Helen Thomas:
'Not only did Creative Lynx fully grasp a complex brief but they were able to produce visually stimulating designs and meet extremely tight deadlines. Our client was delighted and believes that it is one of the best brochures ever produced for the company. We had never worked with the agency before, but we certainly hope to again. We would not hesitate to recommend them.'
